Realm Runner

Project Lead / Producer

Realm Runner is a 3rd person, fast paced platformer roguelike with an emphasis on speed. This game is being developed by a 15 student under the name "Sky Stride Studios" for which I am the head of.

Realm Runner will be completed in a 10 month development cycle in Unreal Engine 5.

Roles and Contributions

I am the Project Lead / Creative Director and Co-Producer for this project.

I make all the final creative decisions for Realm Runner as well as assisting in the management and producing for the team. I aid in organizing weekly sprint review meetings with each department to discuss the efficiency of our team and where to improve for future sprints.

I also help manage the team Click Up board and an extensive task tracking sheet for smoother and effective task allocation between me and the other various leads on the team.

Documentation

For Realm Runner, I worked with my other Producer to created an extensive task tracking sheet to use in conjunction with our Click Up board. This made it easy for the various Leads on the project to communicated between each other for effective task allocation for all their departments.

I also helped write and edit all of the important documentation for the game, such as the Game Design Document, Art Style Guide, and Technical Design Document.
